CAP 평가와 고과의 불일치. 예를 들어 CAP 평가는 기대수준 달성인데 고과는 C를 주어 Catch Up대상자가 된 경우에는 누구에게 책임이 있나요? 그런 사례가 저 포함 많은 사례를 듣고 알고 있는데 조합 집행부 정책실에서는 회사에 데이타를 요청하여 이 부분이 사실이면 이렇게 하신 분들은 책임을 져야 할 것입니다. CAP 평가와 고과는 일치해야 한다고 들었습니다. 조합집행부 정책실에서는 여기에 해당되는 조합원들의 사례를 취합하여 회사 인사팀에 확인해야 할 것입니다.지엠은 투명 경영입니다. 이런 부분은 더욱 더 투명해야 합니다. 정책실에서는 긴급으로 사례를 조합원으로 부터 제보를 받아 실행에 바로 옮겨 주시기 바랍니다. 이런 어의 없는 경우도 있는데 Catch Up이 재원부족으로 한꺼번에 시행 못한다면 말이 안되지요? 강력히 회사에 촉구하십시요.

글들이 많이 올라 오고 있는데 그렇기 때문에 Catch Up으로 CAP과 고과 불일치 부분을 마무리 해야 합니다.Catch Up은 사무노동자 제270호 Catch Up 추가 재원 확보를 강력히 촉구한다!라는 조합 집행부의 회보가 정답인 것 같습니다. 그 동안 불이익 당한 조합원들에 대해 책임을 갖고 승진은 아니지만 금년 승진 발표시에 승진 발표자와 연동되어 시행되어야 하는 것이 최선이고, Catch Up에 해당되는 다수의 조합원들도 그 동안의 마음의 짐과 정신적 고통에서 벗어나고 힘차고 당당하게 업무를 할 수 있을 것 같습니다. 꼭 마무리가 잘 되기를 바랍니다. 그래서 조합원들 모두가 입춘대길을 맞이했으면 하니다.

그러니까 A는 A이고, B+,B는 B이고, B-와 C는 C로 가는거지요 다만, A와 C는 노사합의에 따라서 전체 인원중에 %를 정했으니까 B-가 B가 될수도 있고, 중요한건 A와 C의 비율이 노사합의에 맞도록 되었는지 전체 직급병,담당별 A,B,C등급 DATA를 요구하여 확인해야겠죠
